Terms of use of Castle Thai Spa gift cards
Castle Thai Spa reserves the right to update and change the terms and conditions of our Castle Thai Spa gift cards at any time. This does not affect your legal rights. Use of your Castle Thai Spa gift card constitutes acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and we therefore recommend you read them carefully. Castle Thai Spa gift cards remain the property of Castle Thai Spa who maintains the right to cancel the card in situations where it is deemed necessary to do so.
The value of your Castle Thai Spa gift card can be redeemed at Castle Thai Spa, 9A Castle Street, Edinburgh, EH2 3AH.
The maximum amount that an individual Castle Thai Spa gift card can hold is £1,000; this limit cannot be exceeded by performing balance transfers.
You can Top-Up or perform a Balance enquiry at Castle Thai Spa by taking your card to the till point.
Validity
Your Castle Thai Spa gift card is valid for a period of 24 months from the date of activation, after which any remaining balance will be removed and the card will become invalid and no longer available for use.
Lost/ Stolen/ Damaged
In cases where your Castle Thai Spa gift card is lost or stolen, Castle Thai Spa is unable to replace or reimburse the remaining balance on a card. Castle Thai Spa cannot be held responsible for the any balance lost on a Castle Thai Spa gift card as a result of theft or fraud.
Should your Castle Thai Spa gift card become damaged, Castle Thai Spa will be able to replace the card providing you still have the card in your possession and the necessary details can be obtained.
Using a Castle Thai Spa gift card
Customers may use their Castle Thai Spa gift card only at Castle Thai Spa, 9A Castle Street, Edinburgh, EH2 3AH it can be used for redemption against any product or service.
Crediting a Castle Thai Spagift card
Should you return product(s) purchased using a Castle Thai Spa gift card for an exchange of a lesser value, any refund amount due will be credited to the original method of payment. In the event that you may have discarded your Castle Thai Spa gift card, a new Card will be issued to you with the refund amount applied.
If a partial refund is made for any purchase using a Castle Thai Spa gift card and another method of payment, then any refund amount owing will be credited to the Castle Thai Spa gift card in the first instance.
If the total to be refunded is more than originally paid by Castle Thai Spa gift card, then any remaining refund balance will be refunded to the other method of payment used (debit/credit card or cash).
Governing Law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
